Homeopathy is a major holistic medical system considered to be an alternative therapy. It is well-known in Europe, USA, Canada, India and Pakistan. It has its own recognized Colleges and institutions, libraries, societies, hospitals and pharmacies.
Two hundred years ago, Hahnemann, the founder of Homeopathy rediscovered a holistic medical system through which Homeopathic remedies were prescribed to cure baffling ailments gently, smoothly, rapidly and permanently. Hahnemann called the orthodox medicine of his day allopathy from the Greek words allos (different) and pathein (disease, suffering), to this form of medicine he opposed his system, which he called Homeopathy, from the Greek homoion (similar) and pathein (disease, suffering). The two difference between the two systems is summed up in theses terms. If in allopathic treatment a patient is given a medicine that counteracted the symptoms and the idea is to eradicate the symptoms and relieve the pain, so if the patient is constipated he will be given laxatives, hereby all these medicines with prefix (anti-) whereas in Homeopathy, the Homeopath will follow the sign (symptoms) until he/she reaches the cause of the symptoms, the root of the problem and eradicate it from inside by giving remedies that help empowering the body system to help itself.

A Homeopath will look at the symptoms as a messenger, he will read the message and act upon what he has read, whereas the allopath kills the messenger which means that he lost the opportunity to read the message, that will make the job of curing more difficult on both the allopath and his patient.
